We have a medical provider on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If you have an emergency that cannot wait until regular hours, please call the office number: 616-696-2020. The answering service will take some basic information and pass it to the on call provider who will return your call within 20 minutes.

Our on call provider does not call in routine refills, pain medications, or antibiotics but will evaluate your situation and offer advice or direct you to an urgent care or emergency room if it is necessary. We will always try and work you into our schedule, but please remember the level of care and intervention is sometimes beyond what we can provide.
